A refundable credit balance may result on your candidate account because of financial aid, over-payments and/or account adjustments.  If the credit balance is created because of an overpayment made by check or electronic check, the refund will not be processed for at least ten (10) business days to allow time for the check payment to clear the bank.

 

If the credit balance results from a credit card payment made within the last 90 days, the credit card will be refunded up to the amount of the payment first.  Any remaining credit card balance will be refunded through direct deposit or paper check.

 

Refunds caused by financial aid are issued after the initial disbursement of financial aid, which generally occurs a few days prior to the start of the batch.  Refunds are processed continually during the semester as aid is credited to the candidate account.

 

Refunds from payments made to the Academy will be processed depending upon the type of payment made:

  • Personal Check – Funds from personal checks are held for 10 days before they can be refunded.
  • Credit Card – Refunds from a credit card payment will be issued directly to the credit card used. The credit can take anywhere from 5–7 business days to be applied to your credit card from the date the Academy processes it.
  • Domestic Wire Transfers – Refunds from a domestic wire transfer will be distributed directly to the candidate within 5-7 business days.
  • International Wire Transfers – Refunds of less than ₹10,000 will be distributed directly to the candidate. Refunds in excess of ₹10,000 require distribution to the bank that issued the wire payment. The Cashier’s Office will reach out to candidates to collect the necessary information for these types of refunds to be processed.

Acceptable Cancellations

 

Voxcov Academy is aware that there are any number of reasons that a candidate would need to cancel their enrollment. All candidates wishing to cancel their enrollment must submit an official request via email or in-person. All cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the beginning of the classes. Students enrolled in online or hybrid versions of curriculum are not subject to cancellations after they have been granted the access to the learning material.
